   BOYKINS - Frank Robert Griffin Sr., 72, of White Street, a retired millwright, died Oct. 2, 1991, in his home.
   Mr. Griffin was born in Newsoms and was a member of Boykins United Methodist Church. He had retired form Hancock Peanut Co. He was a Navy veteran of World War II.
   Survivors include his wife, Virginia E. Griffin; two sons, Frank Griffin, Jr. of Emporia and Ronald W. Griffin of Boykins; a sister, Carrie L. Griffin of Richmond; and three grandchildren.
   The graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. today in Beechwood Cemetery, by the Rev. Donna Marie Foos. McDowell Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
