Mr. Greene was born in Gates County, N.C. He retired from J. Thomas Lipton Tea Co. after 29 years and was a member of Holy Neck United Church of Christ in Suffolk. Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Edith G. Henderson of Norfolk and Mrs. Louise G. Whitt of Suffolk. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday at Hill Funeral Home by Revs. E .
