Gray, 70, of the 500 block of Ashton Ave., a retired storeroom clerk, died Aug. 5, 1991, in her home. Mrs. Gray was born in Northampton County, N.C. She had retired from Champion International and was a former secretary/treasurer of United Paper Workers, A.F.L.-C.I.O. 502. She was a member of Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church in Seaboard, N.C. Survivors include a son, Wayne Moore of Franklin; four sisters, Essie DeBerry, Lucille Flythe, L.S. Gray and Dara Lee Davis, and two brothers, Gilbert T. Davis and Robert Davis, all of Seaboard; and two grandchildren. The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. today in Wright Funeral Home by the Rev. James X. Camak. Burial will be in Southampton Memorial Park . Memorial donations may be made to a favorite charity.
