NEWPORT NEWS - Doris Adna Gray, 86, a Peninsula resident for 60 years, died Wednesday, May 29, in Mary Immaculate Hospital.  
Mrs. Gray, a native of Boykins, was a homemaker. She was a member of Hornsbyville Baptist Church, Grafton.  
She is survived by a daughter, Marion G. Hogge of York County; five sons, R. Wayne Gray, Preston A. Gray and Richard M. Gray of Hampton, Gerald F. Gray of Washington, D.C., and Kenneth R. Gray of Richmond; two sisters, Sara Everett of Norfolk and Viola Taylor of Norlina, N.C.; 11 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.  
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 tonight at Riverside Funeral Home.  
A funeral will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home by the Rev. Hughey Rushing. A graveside service will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Saturday in Beechwood Cemetery, Boykins.
