   Survivors include two daughters, Ann G. Williams of Kill Devil Hills, Dr. and Joan G. Brinkley of Greensboro, N.C.; two sons, Dan Gallup and Allie Gallup, both of Virginia Beach; one brother, Leo D. Babb of Virginia Beach; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Funeral services and burial will be private. Memorial donations may be made to the Virginia Beach, Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 945, Virginia Beach, Va.
