   SUFFOLK - Georgie Harcum Fowler, 78, of the 3300 block of Purden Blvd., died Nov. 13, 1991, in a hospital.
   Mrs. Fowler was born in Southampton County. She was the widow of Julius Algie Fowler.
   Survivors include a step-daughter, Mary V. Beacham of Franklin; a son, George A. Fowler of Suffolk; two sisters, Nancy H. Story of Franklin and Bertha H. Coggsdale of Handsom; and a grandchild.
   The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday in Hill Funeral Home by the Rev. Donald J. Trump. Burial will be in Bethlehem Christian Church Cemetery. Friends may join the family from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. today in Hill Funeral Home, and other times at 210 Staley Drive.
   Memorial donations may be made to the Nansemond-Suffolk Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 1515, Suffolk, Va. 23434.
