Doris Dodson Finch , 70, of the 1800 block of Brookwood Road, a clerk, died Oct. 24, 1991, in a hospital. 
Mrs. Finch was born in Ringgold, Va. She had been employed with Peoples Drug for 40 years. She was a member of Burrows Memorial Baptist Church. 
Survivors include her husband, Thomas Cephus Finch ; a son, Walter T. Finch of Virginia Beach; a sister, Lilly Edwards, and three brothers, John C. Dodson Jr., T. Neil Dodson and Herman Dodson, all of Ringgold; and a grandchild. 
The funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, by the Rev. Don Harris. Burial will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Holland Cemetery, Danville. Friends may join the family from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home.
