   She was the widow of Robert S. Dodd.
   Survivors include two sons, Thomas E. Shotton III, of Virginia Beach and John Clark Shotton of Breckenridge, Colo.; one sister, Mrs. Pretlow Brinkley of Suffolk; and two grandchildren.
   Graveside service will be conducted Saturday at 11 a.m. in Cedar Hill Cemetery by the Rev. Ben R. Duffey. The family will be at the home of Mrs. Pretlow Brinkley, 1022 Virginia Ave.  Contributions may be made to your favorite charity. R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
