Charles Lee Daughtrey, 50, died Sept. 14, 1991, in a Suffolk hospital. 

Mr. Daughtrey was born in Southampton County and was employed at Tidewater Occupational Center. He was a Baptist. 

Survivors include a stepmother, Jeffie Daughtrey of Courtland; two sisters, Peggy D. Cutchin of Franklin and Jo D. Rice of Saugus, Mass.; two brothers, William D. Daughtrey of Suffolk and James E. Daughtrey of Franklin; and his maternal grandmother, Sallie D. Darden of Suffolk. 

The graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday in Beaver Dam Baptist Church Cemetery by the Rev. Richard L. Peerey. Memorial donations may be made to Nansemond-Suffolk Rescue Squad. Friends may join the family from 7 to 8:30 tonight at Wright Funeral Home, Franklin.
