   SUFFOLK  Anne H. Dale, 57, of 1145 Gene Ave, and Homasassa, Fla., died Jan. 23, 1996, in Seven Rivers Hospital, Crystal River, Fla.
   Anne was a native of Nansemond County, Va., and a member of Southside Baptist Church, Suffolk. She was preceded in death by her father, William Beverly Holland and her daughter, Terri Lynn Dale.
   Survivors include her husband of 39 years, Bobby Franklin Dale; a son, Mark Franklin Dale and his wife, Angie; a grandson, Christopher Blaine Dale; a granddaughter, Leigh Ann Dale, her mother, Louise J. Holland; a brother, William Thomas Holland  and his wife, Barbara, all of Suffolk; a sister, Mary H. Harrison and her husband, Michael, of Chesapeake.
   The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday Jan. 26, 1996, in Sidney F. Harrell Funeral Home by the Rev. Tom Wood, a childhood friend. Burial will be in Holly Lawn Cemetery, Suffolk. The family will received friends at the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. today and suggests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Sheltering Arms, 1311 Palmyra Ave., Richmond, Va. 23219.
