He was making his home in Palm Bay, Fla., at the time of his passing. He was a W.S. Army veteran of World War II and a member of Bethany Baptist Church in Melbourne, Fla. He was predeceased by his first wife, Edith Walton Combs of Boykins. Mr. Combs is survived by his wife, Avis of Palm Bay; sons, Kenneth Combs of Coral Gables, Fla., and Dean Combs of Pembroke Pines, Fla.; and two grandchildren. Commital services will be held June 6 at 2 p.m. in Beechwood Cemetery, Boykins. Expressions of sympathy may be made to Hospice of Health First Inc., 1900 Dairy Road, West Melbourne, Fla. 32904.
