Luther Russell Coggsdale, 66, died July 14, 1999, in Newnan, Ga. Survivors include two daughters, Donna Dotson of Senoia, Ga., and Diane Dunn of Urbana, Ohio; and a son, Russell Coggsdale of Monterey, Tenn. 

A funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Wright Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Poplar Spring Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
