   FRANKLIN - Harry Lee Campbell died July 21. Born on June 3, 1909, in Buena Vista, he was a son of the late Samuel and Anne Campbell. He was the husband of Frances Nelson Campbell and was retired from Weldon Mills in Emporia.
   Mr. Campbell is survived by two daughters, Rebecca Campbell Owen of Mocksville, N.C., and Mary Lee Pope Carey of Meridian, Miss.; one brother, Clyde Campbell of Alta Vista; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
   Burial will be private in Hollywood Cemetery, Newsoms. Wright Funeral Home was in charge.
