Obituary of Margaret Causey Brown MARGARET CAUSEY BROWN Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - August 31, 2003 SUFFOLK - Margaret Causey Brown, 62, died Aug. 29, 2003. Born March 11, 1941 in Suffolk, she was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. James Campbell Causey Jr. and was predeceased by a brother, James Campbell Causey III. Mrs. Brown was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Obici Hospital Auxiliary and the Suffolk Historical Society. She founded the Suffolk 4-H Equine Club and for 25 years conducted 4-H horse-related programs on the local, state and regional levels. Ms. Brown retired as secretary/treasurer of Frohman Brothers Inc. Survivors include a daughter, Margaret Jordan Brown Klages and husband David of Suffolk; a grandson, Joshua Klages; a granddaughter, Jordan Klages; four nieces, Elizabeth C. Burgess, Carolyn C. Hope, Anne C. Burke and Jeanne C. Miller; six great-nieces; a great-nephew; and many devoted friends. Memorial services will be conducted today at 2 p.m. at St. Paul's Episcopal Church by the Rev. Vance H. Mann III with burial at Cedar Hill Cemetery. R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
