SUFFOLK - James Marvin Brinkley, 58, died Sunday, Aug. 8. 
Mr. Brinkley retired as an electrician with Ford Motor Co. He was a Protestant. 
He was a Marine Corps veteran of Korea. He and his wife were owners of Nansemond Antique Shop in Suffolk. 
Survived by his wife, Elsie Baines Brinkley; a daughter, Nancy B. Savage of Virginia Beach; and his mother, Hilda Byrd Brinkley of Suffolk. 
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 tonight at Sidney F. Harrell Funeral Home. Funeral at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the funeral home by the Rev. John R. Kimball. Burial in Holly Lawn Cemetery.
