A native of Newsoms , Va., he attended the Portsmouth Y.M.C.A., Jackson Memorial Baptist Church, and was a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Korean War. Survivors include his sister, Shirley B. Sublett of Portsmouth; two brothers, Edward Bradshaw of Portsmouth, Joe Bradshaw of Vacaville, Calif.; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Eva and Herman M. Bradshaw. A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in Hollywood Cemetery , Newsoms , by the Rev. Kenneth Williams.
