Mr. Bradshaw was born in Carrsville, Va., a son of the late Joel J. and Mason Saunders Bradshaw. He was an Army veteran of World War II and had retired as a supervisor in the maintenance department of Union Camp Corp. He was an Episcopalian and a member of the American Legion Post No. 73. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Pauline S. Bradshaw; a daughter, Margaret Ann Martin and her husband, Allan; a sister, Judith Ann Barrett and her husband, Hartwell, of Waverly; a brother, Mason S. Bradshaw of California; two grandsons, Joel Jacob Britt and John Landon Britt. He was predeceased by three sisters, Clara Myrtle Watson, Margaret Sykes and Claudine Babb. A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in Poplar Spring Cemetery by the Rev. Edmund Pickup and Fr. Carl DeSouza. The family will receive friends at the residence at 614 Second Ave., and suggests that memorial donations may be made to The Children's Center, 700 Campbell, Franklin, Va. 23851 or the St. Jude's Catholic Church Building Fund, 1014 Clay St., Franklin, Va. 23851.
