Obituary of James Clifton Bradshaw JAMES CLIFTON BRADSHAW Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - September 3, 2000 VIRGINIA BEACH - James Clifton Bradshaw, 75, of the 800 block of First Colonial Road, died Aug. 31, 2000, at a local hospital. Born in Isle of Wight County, Va., Mr. Bradshaw was a retired salesman and had also retired from the Norfolk Naval Shipyard. He was a member of Indian River Baptist Church and Disabled American Veterans. A U.S. Army veteran of World War II, Mr. Bradshaw received the Purple Heart. He is survived by his wife, Dolores Bradshaw; a daughter and son-in-law, Patricia and Sol Kellihan of Virginia Beach; a son and daughter-in-law, Cliff and Eileen Bradshaw of Naperville, Ill.; and four grandchildren, Curt and Sean Bradshaw, Heather Fleck and Ryan Kellihan. He was predeceased by his parents, the Rev. Elisha Bradshaw and Blanche Bradshaw. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. today at Indian River Baptist Church, Chesapeake, by the Rev. Robert E. Jordan. Burial will be at 4:30 p.m. in Beaver Dam Baptist Church Cemetery, Franklin, Va. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, is in charge.
