Douglas Howard "Dusty" Bradshaw, 67, of Windsor Manor Trailer Park, died Jan. 7, 1991, in his home. 

Mr. Bradshaw, a native of Isle of Wight County, had retired as a foreman from Community Electric Co. He was a member of Central Hill Baptist Church. He was the widower of Louise Skinner Bradshaw and was an Army veteran. 

Survivors include his mother, Cora Atkins Bradshaw of Windsor; a sister, Catherine B. Parker of Colonial Heights; and a brother, Charles W. Bradshaw of Windsor. 

The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. today in Hill Funeral Home, Suffolk, by the Rev. Steven Bradshaw. Burial will be in Windsor Cemetery . Friends may join the family at the residence.
