She was born in Southampton, Va., to the late Tom and Cora Parker, and was the widow of Fleetwood Bowers. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Lamberts Point. Survivors include two daughters, Cora Todd and her husband, John Todd, Liza Smith and her husband, Roosevelt Smith; a son, Edward Parker; a grandchild, John Todd Jr. and his wife, Anita Todd; a great-grandchild, Victoria Todd; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A funeral will be conducted at noon Saturday at First Baptist Church, Lamberts Point, by the Rev. Anthony Paige. Burial will be in Ivor Cemetery . The family will receive friends at the residence. Viewing will be from 2 to 6 p.m. Friday at Riddick Funeral Service. A wake will be held at the church from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Friday.
