Bessie Mae Lowe Blythe, 92, of the 26000 block of Dogwood Bend Road, died Oct. 20, 1992, in a hospital. 

Mrs. Blythe was born in Southampton County. She was a member of Hunterdale United Church of Christ. She was the widow of Dan Blythe. 

Survivors include a son, Willie Roy Blythe of Franklin; a sister, Isabelle Copeland of Suffolk; three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. 

The funeral will be conducted at 3:30 p.m. Thursday in Wright Funeral Home by the Rev. James X. Camak IV. Burial will be in Poplar Spring Cemetery. Friends may join the family from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today in the funeral home.
