††Mr. Parker was a member of Main Street United Methodist Church, Suffolk Rotary Club, Jolly Boys, Suffolk Golf Association and Hatteras Marlin Club.
††Survivors include his daughter, Eleanor P. Mason of Gloucester; his sons, Binford E. Parker, Jr. of Suffolk, Gordon Edward Parker of Virginia Beach; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
