Survived by his wife, Minnie Joyner Billups; a son, Jimmy Billups of Zuni; two sisters, Virginia B. Rawls of Zuni and Frances B. McDermott of Cumberland, R.I.; three brothers, Leno A. Billups of Windsor, Frank E. Billups of Belhaven, N.C., and Earl M. Billups of Zuni; and three grandchildren. Visitation at 38504 Seacock Chapel Road. Funeral at 2 p.m. Friday at Purviance Funeral Home, Wakefield, by the Rev. Steve Bradshaw.
