Mr. Bage was a native of Sunbury, N.C. He was a member of Holland Christian Church, a charter member of Holland Ruritan Club and a former member of Suffolk Chamber of Commerce. Survived by his wife, Beulah Byrum Bage; a daughter, Virginia A. Mann of Chesapeake; two sons, Larry Bage of Norfolk and Leslie Bage of Chesapeake; a sister, Frances B. Gray of Waverly; two brothers, Joe S. Bage of Waverly and George B. Bage of Homestead, Fla.; 10 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild. Visitation at residence.
