A native of Windsor, N.C., she was a daughter of the late Starkey Mizelle and Sarah Mizelle Mizelle. She was a homemaker and a member of Cypress Chapel Christian Church and its Nettie Harrell Sunday school class. She is survived by her daughters, Anita Babb Orecchio of Toms River, N.J., and Marguerite Babb Demers of Lake Worth, Fla.; a foster son, O.H. ''Buddy'' Horn Jr. of Suffolk; a sister, Bessie M. Bradshaw of Suffolk; a sister-in-law, Mary Savage Mizelle of Suffolk; and a host of grandchildren. A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Sidney F. Harrell Funeral Home by the Rev. John Kimball and the Rev. Tommy Reynolds. Interment will be in Liberty Spring Christian Church Cemetery.
