Mr. Kello emigrated in 1741 from London at age 16. He apprentice to Barradell Mathew, Esq. He is listed as Major in the Virginia militia on 12 Sep 1754 and represented Southampton County in the House of Delegates from 1777 to 1778.
He was the son of Samuel and Mary Kello and the husband of Mary Kello.
